Team Development
TAI is committed to training and developing team members to ensure their success. Training is a continuous process offered through a combination of formal classroom and on-the-job training. We financially, support continuing education through our tuition reimbursement program. In addition, team members are encouraged to reach out for specialized training opportunities, which are coordinated and supported by their specific department, based on business needs. These opportunities may be found in professional or technical seminars, trade or professional organizations or various civic organizations. Cross-training is utilized, in many positions, to ensure flexibility and professional enhancement. There are no separate executive dining facilities. All levels, including executives, wear business casual attire, and shares common benefits. We encourage a hands-on, highly visible management presence.

Job Security
TAI is focused on strategic business planning. We maintain lean staffing levels; focus on good attendance and cross-train team members to make them as flexible as possible. This staffing system is designed to hire only as many team members as needed to avoid employment fluctuations, as much as possible. We encourage promoting from within and offer a variety of transfer opportunities to current employees. However, all such decisions are based on skills, abilities and job requirements.
