Summary:
This position is responsible for developing,
coordinating, and managing all operations of the
assigned shift for the Chicago Cross Dock. The position
is to ensure continuous improvement of safety, quality,
productivity, and financial performance.
Primary Duties:
Directs the work of assigned Group Leaders (2) and
responsible for overall day-to-day shift operations.
Responsible for initiating discipline and appraisal of
work group. Assist and support the development of
facility strategy to maximize sales and achieve KPI
targets. Monitors and reviews expenses such as TM hours,
cost of supplies, etc…and provides feedback to ensure
budgets are met. Communicates with subordinates, peers,
management, vendors and customers.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree or equivalent with at least 6-9 years

position identifies market opportunities from a
technical perspective and coordinates with various
resources to build customer relationships and develop
solutions for our sales and marketing efforts.
Primary Duties:
Assist
Manager with problem solving and Kaizen work at existing
operation. Develops new business for location as well
as establishes long term relationships with current
customers and suppliers. Translates Japanese/English
for location to assist with local and overseas
communication. Assist Manager with planning, layout
change and time studies for new projects. Analyze sales
numbers to ensure profitability.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors Degree in
Business/Engineering or related field or equivalent work
experience plus up to 3 years work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Able to travel

Job Summary:
This position supports the operations groups by creating
and updating systems and layouts as well as trains local
staff.
Primary Duties:

train local staff.

Required:
MS office, CAD, Bachelors Degree or equivalent
